Just a quick post on what is going on in the film composing world of Tomas Hradcky.
Director Eileen Nelson also entered “Dumpling” into the Ann Arbor Film Festival, which is a bit of a trip for Tomas, as in 1992, the first short film he ever scored, “The Lonely Harvest” was accepted into the Ann Arbor Film Festival, and I believe it won a special consideration award.
Now he has a full length documentary in the same festival. A lot of music has been written in that 17 years.
Martin L. Hudson‘s short, “The Black Shield”, is being made into a full length feature. Martin just wrote to us that the script was nearing completion, and he hopes to start filming at the beginning of the year. He has found his comic book artist, which is an extremely important part of the film. Leonardo Manco, who has worked for both Marvel and DC comics. Really extraordinary work. We are getting excited about the full feature of “The Black Shield”, even though it will be many months before post-production begins.
We are putting together Tomas’s updated bio for Martin to include in the investors package he is putting together.
All in all, things are rolling along at a good clip, despite the distraction of both of us being laser- focused on the election, as I hope everybody out there is.
